Role Overview

Our client seeks a VP of Finance to spearhead strategic financial planning efforts & achieve company targets. The successful candidate will be able to work cohesively with company leaders & third party experts in this executive role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning initiatives in collaboration with relevant company executives
• Determine the company’s upcoming debt & equity requirements
• Support with raising capital on behalf of the company
• Develop thorough analyses related to capital structuring
• Support with the production of documents for third parties such as investors
• Collaborate with relevant departments

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure deals
• Understanding of financing structure options
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Investment banking & mergers & acquisitions experience preferred
• Highly self-motivated & hardworking
