The Clean Energy Leadership Institute is a non-profit dedicated to creating a new kind of energy leadership. CELI is committed to bringing in new voices into clean energy and helping emerging leaders accelerate their careers.
The Clean Energy Careers Pathways and Expo is designed to show the pathways into a meaningful and impactful clean energy career. If you’re an experienced professional looking to transition into the clean energy space, or just getting started on your career, this event is a way for you to hear from industry leaders in technology, the oil and gas transition, communications, sales and marketing, policy and more. Attend panels, workshops, submit your resume and tour clean energy companies and professional organizations, and of course, begin to build your clean energy community.
For employers, this is a unique opportunity to showcase your company’s work, connect with diverse, emerging clean energy leaders, and recruit top talent in the energy ecosystem.

ALLY Energy's Making the Job Transition to New Energy: an Open Discussion

Lots of candid conversation was had surrounding the challenges of women leaving the workforce, transitioning various roles across different sectors in energy, and how to keep all voices and talent engaged.
