Catherine McLean
FounderCatherine developed a passion for clean energy and technology in 2011. She worked at the United Nations developing relationships with governments on public-private partnerships and subsequently took a job as a Consultant at Acre Resources, a global recruitment firm focused on energy and sustainability. Catherine founded recruitment business McLean Ross in 2011, with a core focus on placing sales and marketing professionals within the energy and utility industry. In 2017, McLean Ross merged with global engineering recruitment business JDR Energy, creating JD Ross Energy. With a growing need for diversity in clean energy, Catherine launched Dylan Green in 2019, placing diverse commercial professionals within the clean energy market.
Liesel Kopp
VideographerLiesel is a video producer and creator based in Los Angeles, and in addition to podcast producing for Dylan Green and health IT company Point-of-Care-Partners, she has created videos for a wide variety of clients and industries including Brightmark Energy, Aspen Renewables, CleanPrene, PourMyBeer, Amalyze, Women for Sobriety, NIH-funded Sexual harassment Training Of Principal Investigators (STOP), comedian Ray Romano, and her own award-winning short films.
Lisa DeMarco
Digital Marketing ManagerLisa has been dedicated to driving the proliferation of clean energy across the globe for the past decade. She most recently served as Marketing Manager for SimpliPhi Power, a leading international energy storage company. Prior to SimpliPhi Power, Lisa led successful marketing and business development pilot projects in Sub-Saharan Africa as a consultant for ZOLA Electric, an off grid solar energy company backed by Tesla. Lisa also helped Kiva.org, a global microlending institution based in Silicon Valley, scale up its marketing programs in Asia to increase funding for renewable energy loans for lower income communities.
Ashley Hillard
Recruitment ConsultantAshley has been interested in environmental issues since elementary school. She has worked in a variety of sales roles throughout her career and moved into the tech industry 8 years ago at Hootsuite. She is driven to make a difference and volunteers for conservation focused organizations, including the Marine Mammal Center and The Humane Society. Ashley was accepted into Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and is furthering her education as a part of her career journey. She is glad to join Dylan Green and strives to help people and the planet within the clean energy space.
Aimee Bigwood
Recruitment LeadAimee developed her passion for the cleantech industry in 2014 where she started her career placing Senior Sales Executives into the UK energy market. Having worked with the UK’s largest energy companies, she decided to pursue her passion for sales and moved into the tech market, working for two of the most ambitious start-ups in the UK, Hired and most recently, Hopin. She cares deeply about diversity, equity and inclusion and fundamentally, promoting women in the workplace. Whilst she is passionate about making the world a greener place, she is also ardent about promoting the benefits of a remote working culture in a corporate world.
