Meet the team
Catherine developed a passion for clean energy and technology in 2011. Having worked at the United Nations developing relationships with governments on public-private partnerships, she subsequently took a job as a Consultant at Acre Resources, a global recruitment firm focused on energy and sustainability. In 2019, Catherine launched her new recruitment business in the United States. Combining her entrepreneurial skills and reputation for networking and referral-based recruitment, Dylan Green focuses on placing commercial professionals within the clean energy technology market.
Peter Gonzalez has been creating multimedia for well over 10 years with a focus of making the world a better place. His list of clients has included foreign missions to the US, the World Bank, peace oriented global think tanks, refugee relief organizations, and environmentally focused NGOs. His work with Dylan Green has been a continuation of this focus of a better world through helping spread information about the clean energy space and diversity in the workplace.
Lisa DeMarcoDigital Marketing Manager
Lisa has been dedicated to driving the proliferation of clean energy across the globe for the past decade. She most recently served as Marketing Manager for SimpliPhi Power, a leading international energy storage company. Prior to SimpliPhi Power, Lisa led successful marketing and business development pilot projects in Sub-Saharan Africa as a consultant for ZOLA Electric, an off grid solar energy company backed by Tesla. Lisa also helped Kiva.org, a global microlending institution based in Silicon Valley, scale up its marketing programs in Asia to increase funding for renewable energy loans for lower income communities.
Ashley HillardRecruitment Consultant
Ashley has been interested in environmental issues since elementary school. She has worked in a variety of sales roles throughout her career and moved into the tech industry 8 years ago at Hootsuite. She is driven to make a difference and volunteers for conservation focused organizations, including the Marine Mammal Center and The Humane Society. Ashley was accepted into Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and is furthering her education as a part of her career journey. She is glad to join Dylan Green and strives to help people and the planet within the clean energy space.

He is passionate about the clean energy transition, and his previous experience includes recruitment engagements with a diverse range of cutting-edge companies such as tidal energy development and battery storage solutions.
