Role Overview

Our client seeks a Director of Account Management to manage the execution of energy delivery, lead the the organization’s programs & provide member support. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with both internal & external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage business relationships
  • Spearhead the execution of programs
  • Work collaboratively with third party energy suppliers
  • Assess organization activities & recommend strategic plan revisions
  • Manage budgets & strategies
  • Achieve organization’s target objectives
  • Oversee & support team members
  • Monitor key performance indicators
  • Prepare reports on a consistent basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as business, engineering or sustainability
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in the energy industry as well as account management
  • Ability to develop & maintain strong relationships
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales
  • Exceptional analytical skills
