Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer will lead and direct all financial operations for the organization. Acting as the company’s strategic finance leader, you’ll design, refine, and manage comprehensive financial models, guide planning and budgeting efforts across teams, and embed strong fiscal discipline throughout the business. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s capital strategy to support asset growth and long-term ownership goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, providing financial insight and guidance on key business decisions and long-term direction
- Take full ownership of building, maintaining, and evolving the organization’s multi-year financial roadmap
- Contribute to capital-raising efforts and the structuring of financing solutions, including debt instruments that enable asset acquisition and ownership
- Collaborate closely with teams across sales, operations, and product to strengthen unit economics and improve forecasting accuracy
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance margins, lower expenses, and improve operational efficiency across departments
- Develop a disciplined approach to budget performance reviews and implement systems that enable real-time financial tracking
- Translate financial data into actionable strategic recommendations and ensure they are adopted across the business
- Lead the annual planning cycle, including budgeting and recurring forecast updates
- Create scalable reporting tools and dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance
- Maintain oversight of progress against goals and guide necessary adjustments when results deviate from expectations
- Prepare board-level reporting packages and KPI dashboards to communicate financial results and trends
- Partner with capital markets leadership on financing strategies and investor engagement
- Design, implement, and manage strong financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of all financial records and infrastructure
Qualifications
- Extensive, advancing experience in finance, ideally including work in private equity, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive sectors
- Demonstrated track record of securing and managing complex financing structures or debt arrangements
- Exceptionally proactive and meticulous, with a reputation for anticipating challenges and driving solutions independently
- Extensive knowledge of building financial models, developing forecasts, and monitoring key performance metrics
- Executive-level presence with outstanding written and spoken communication abilities
- Skilled at collaborating across departments and integrating financial strategy into day-to-day business operations
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline required; advanced credentials such as an MBA or CFA are preferred
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
