Role Overview

Our client seeks a Finance Analyst to help its business continue to grow, including through the acquisition of clean energy projects. The successful candidate will have exceptional financial modeling capabilities & be passionate about mitigating climate change.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess the viability of acquiring renewable energy & battery storage projects
• Develop advanced financial models
• Support with managing due diligence processes
• Effectively communicate findings & recommendations
• Provide analysis in a range of subject areas, from financing to engineering to contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
• Finance or banking experience in the energy sector
• Track record of excelling in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a couple of days in office per week
• Excellent analytical & financial modeling capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized & detail-oriented
• Passionate about the energy transition
