Dylan Green Expands, Launches New Technical Recruitment Arm
Dylan Green has recently expanded, including through the launch of a new technical recruitment arm. George Monaco, the company’s latest new hire, will be leading technical recruitment, while Ashley Hillard will be supporting with non-technical placements.
George has been recruiting and placing technology professionals at all levels for 20+ years, in both search firm & corporate environments. He is passionate about the clean energy transition & his previous experience includes recruitment engagements with a diverse range of cutting-edge companies, such as businesses focused on tidal energy development and battery storage solutions.
Ashley’s career encompasses a variety of sales roles & she moved into the tech industry when she began working for Hootsuite eight years ago. Pursuing a path related to her ongoing interest in environmental issues, she was accepted into Duke University‘s Nicholas School of the Environment and is furthering her education as a part of her career journey. Ashley is highly driven to help the planet, as well as people within the clean energy space.
