Cameron Benton Joins Dylan Green Team

We’re excited to announce that Cameron Benton has joined the Dylan Green team! Cameron has extensive clean energy recruiting experience with some of the country’s largest energy companies. She’s also a Committee Chair & active volunteer for Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) & hosts free workshops on salary negotiation for women in the industry. Beyond talent placements, Cameron strives to build a culture of community—one that fosters lasting relationships, expands access to education, & promotes diversity within renewable energy.
