50% Commitment Update #2

50% Commitment at Dylan Green - Update #2

I’m excited to announce that 1 year after we made the 50% commitment, we’ve placed 57.5% women in 2020! Always maintaining an intersectional lens, we ensured that at least half of these women were Black or Indigenous people of color, LGBTQ, or have other marginalized identities. We need to continue hiring diverse candidates in clean energy. Looking for your next role in clean energy? Check out our latest openings: https://bit.ly/3kAQQXV

Catherine: I’m Catherine McLean, Founder and CEO of Dylan Green. Today I’d like to share some updates on what Dylan Green has been up to, starting with the 50% commitment update, something we launched a year ago. The 50% commitment was a commitment we made to send at least 50% female or BIPOC candidates to every role we work. Which is more important than ever in today’s climate. I’m proud to say that Dylan Green placed 57.5% women in 2020! Always maintaining an intentional intersectional lens and awareness. We also ensured that at least half of these women were black, or indigenous people of color, LBGTQ, or have other marginalized identities. We look forward to fulfilling this commitment in 2021 as well. Special thanks to Clean Capital, Recurrent Energy and New Columbia Solar. These companies hire diverse talent outside the clean energy industry and have contributed to new diverse clean energy jobs. In an effort to continue fulfilling our commitment, please take a look at the stellar diverse candidates I’m working with and get in touch if you believe they could add value to your business.
