Role Overview

Our client is seeking a standout Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the central force that connects and strengthens their sales, marketing, and customer experience efforts. This position is ideal for someone energized by early-stage environments—someone who blends operational rigor, creative problem-solving, and structured systems thinking. You will take full ownership of HubSpot, design repeatable workflows, craft high-quality content, and uphold a unified brand narrative across every part of the customer journey. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and then personally drive the execution needed to bring that strategy to life.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, keeping it as the authoritative home for all revenue data while overseeing accuracy, segmentation rules, journey stages, and pipeline visibility
  • Confirm that every customer record and deal entry aligns with signed terms and supporting documents while upholding strict data-quality standards
  • Strengthen CRM records using enrichment tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, and related platforms to equip the sales team with better intelligence
  • Design and refine operational processes that help Sales Associates and Directors qualify prospects, progress opportunities, and reduce sales cycle time
  • Run recurring CRM evaluations and introduce automation that eliminates manual tasks and increases overall efficiency
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Energy Markets, and GTM colleagues to align systems, connect tools, and simplify workflows
  • Develop impactful materials for sales and marketing outreach including nurture emails, presentation decks, website messaging, customer stories, webinar assets, and additional collateral
  • Apply and uphold the brand standards and storytelling framework created by our client’s branding partner
  • Create reusable content systems and templates that maintain message consistency as the organization scales
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to produce customer onboarding resources and encourage platform engagement
  • Coordinate cross-team communication to ensure customer-facing messaging is clear, aligned, and valuable
  • Plan, build, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences within HubSpot
  • Lead all aspects of webinar production including planning, scheduling, content creation, promotion, and follow-up workflows
  • Connect and optimize tools such as GoToWebinar with HubSpot to ensure smooth lead capture and nurturing
  • Launch engagement programs tied to new content, product enhancements, and feature rollouts
  • Monitor campaign results, extract insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Oversee updates to the website and track performance of digital content
  • Maintain and expand the company’s LinkedIn presence through consistent, engaging posts
  • Identify, coordinate, and support opportunities for industry visibility including speaking roles, thought leadership, and event participation
  • Cultivate relationships with sector organizations and associations to broaden market reach

Qualifications

  • At least five years working in roles related to marketing ops, sales support, revenue systems, or comparable functions within rapidly scaling or early-stage environments
  • Deep, hands-on mastery of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub — this position operates inside HubSpot every day and requires true platform fluency
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee CRM data quality, construct automated processes, build audience groupings, and launch multichannel campaigns
  • Strong writing and content development capabilities, with the skill to craft compelling emails, presentations, and customer-facing materials that reflect the brand voice
  • Familiarity with data enhancement platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Comfort working in startup conditions — able to create structure from the ground up, adapt quickly, and take on a wide variety of responsibilities
