  • Partner closely with cross-functional internal teams including legal, finance, and operations to ensure efficient development and execution of proposals, presentations, term sheets, contracts, and related origination materials
  • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, competitive responses to customer requests for proposals
  • Drive negotiations for letters of intent, power purchase agreements, site access arrangements, and other offtake or commercial contracts related to distributed generation and customer-sited decarbonization initiatives
  • Oversee origination activities across multiple customer segments and market channels
  • Achieve and exceed growth objectives through disciplined pipeline management using Salesforce and other tools to maximize team efficiency and return on investment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support overall business growth while reinforcing an inclusive and high-performance culture
  • Contribute to commercial strategy including pricing approaches and transaction structuring
  • Monitor regulatory developments and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain current knowledge of clean energy markets including policy trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies
  • Participate in internal meetings, working sessions, and company calls as required
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers and support broader business objectives
  • Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned
