The Role

Our client seeks a Key Account Manager who can help expand relationships that their company has with critical clients. In this role, you will make sure that all key clients are satisfied and expanding their existing subscriptions, while also helping to educate and inform them about additional services and products available. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with analyzing sales statistics and improving business through the creation and maintenance of strategic metrics within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Work on expanding organic growth and company objectives
  • Understand all important client needs
  • Make solutions to address key client concerns
  • Act as the point person for both key clients and internal teams
  • Help to address customer concerns and complaints
  • Make sure customer feedback gets to the relevant parties
  • Measure and track all relevant metrics related to key accounts
  • Stay up to date on all industry trends
  • Deliver on operational KPIs
  • Work with sales operations systems
  • Create weekly reports to communicate marketplace metrics
  • Update and maintain all information within the company’s customer relationship management system
