Role Overview

Our client seeks a Finance Associate to support with crafting & implementing financing tactics for its renewable energy assets, from debt to tax equity. The Finance Associate will also help with corporate capital matters.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with business development & marketing efforts involving prospective partners
• Contribute to reviews of strategies aimed at optimizing returns & achieving key objectives
• Help with negotiations & due diligence
• Coordinate with external consultants
• Support with document creation & financial models
• Collaborate with internal teams in preparing reports for stakeholders
• Provide inputs for project assessments

Qualifications

• Experience in the energy industry or investment banking in financial or business development-related roles
• Renewable energy experience
• Ability to research new investment opportunities
• Financial modeling & analysis skills
• Highly self-driven & organized
• Exceptional communication skills
