The Position

Our client seeks an individual who has experience with creative marketing and is a communications expert. In-depth experience with digital marketing is key for this role, as the company looks to sharpen its strategy and create campaigns that bolster its brand. This position is vital and will involve constant interactions with a variety of departments across the entire organization. An individual who is creative, well organized and highly efficient will succeed in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and direct marketing, market research, brand management and communication strategies
  • Work with the sales team to help create and put into place a digital marketing strategy that supports company growth
  • Identify target audiences that exist within the relevant markets
  • Appeal to decision-makers in the target markets so that they enter the sales funnel and work on conversion of these leads
  • Monitor the creation, execution and optimization of all digital campaigns
  • Head the digital campaign and marketing tool budgets
  • Lead the effort to hire a team of individuals that will support the marketing efforts of the company
  • Build testing programs for conversions, landing pages and campaigns
  • Help to identify new media partnerships and cooperate with relevant teams to create new content opportunities
  • Monitor and report on all marketing initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of B2B marketing
  • High-level knowledge of common growth marketing and demand generation strategies
  • Prior experience with designing and implementing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
  • Experience with the management of websites and social media business accounts
  • Feel confident in a creative environment
  • Comfort working from remote locations
  • Proficient in taking complex ideas and performance reports and transforming them into succinct recommendations for senior team members
  • Has the communication skills to both establish and build upon relationships with media contacts & industry partners
